Mike George
Chair of the Board and Interim Chief Executive Officer
Mike George brings more than three decades of executive leadership experience driving growth, digital transformation and organizational change across global consumer retail, commerce and technology businesses. He provides the Board with deep institutional understanding of QVC’s business and evolution, extensive expertise in omnichannel customer engagement and changing consumer preferences and corporate governance experience that supports the Company’s long-term value creation strategy.

As President and Chief Executive Officer of Qurate Retail, Inc. (formerly Nasdaq: QRTEA, QRTEB, QRTEP) (2018–2021), Mr. George led the integration of QVC, HSN, zulily and the Cornerstone brands following the HSN acquisition, creating a unified global commerce platform serving approximately 23 million customers through 17 television networks reaching more than 360 million homes worldwide.
In his role as President and Chief Executive Officer of QVC (2004-2021), Mr. George guided the company’s transformation from its legacy broadcast model to a global video commerce leader by expanding its digital and omnichannel capabilities, accelerating international growth and enhancing customer engagement across emerging new platforms.
Previously, Mr. George served as Chief Marketing Officer and General Manager of the U.S. Consumer Business at Dell Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: DELL) (2001-2005), where he oversaw one of the company’s largest operating divisions while leading its global brand strategy and Dell.com, advancing Dell’s direct-to-consumer marketing and digital commerce capabilities.
Earlier in his career, Mr. George spent more than 15 years at McKinsey & Company (1985-2001), where he was a Senior Partner and led the firm’s North American Retail Industry Group, advising leading consumer companies on corporate strategy, operational transformation, customer experience and organizational effectiveness.
Mr. George also brings extensive public company board experience, complemented by his retail industry leadership as Chair of the National Retail Federation Board of Directors (2020-2022).

Bill Wafford
Chief Financial Officer
Bill Wafford was named Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Financial Officer, QVC GroupSM in April 2024. In this role, Bill oversees the company’s Transformation office and global financial activities, which include Tax, Controllership, Internal Audit, Financial Communications, Financial Planning and Treasury for all markets and brand units.
Bill joined QVC Group in March 2023 as CFO. Bill has more than 25 years of experience in corporate finance, management consulting and executive leadership across retail, consumer goods and digital commerce businesses. He has deep expertise in large global transformation efforts, leveraging an insights-driven and disciplined financial approach.
Prior to QVC Group, Bill served as Chief Financial Officer at Everlane, a digitally-native apparel brand. Prior to Everlane, he served as Chief Financial Officer for retail companies such as JCPenney and The Vitamin Shoppe. He also previously served as Partner in the advisory practice group at KPMG, after holding various executive roles with Walgreens Boots Alliance and Target.
Bill is a Board member and Audit Committee Chairman of Jushi Holdings Inc. He earned his bachelor’s degree from University of California, Riverside and his MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
Eve DelSoldo
General Counsel
Eve DelSoldo was named General Counsel, QVC GroupSM in August 2023. In this role, Eve oversees QVC Group’s Legal shared services department, including the advertising compliance, transactional, regulatory compliance, intellectual property, litigation, labor & employment, international legal, government affairs, and privacy, ethics & compliance teams.
Eve has been with QVC Group for more than 13 years and has held a number of leadership roles within the Legal team. Most recently, as Deputy General Counsel, Eve successfully oversaw the company’s Legal department on an interim basis. Eve joined QVC® in 2010 as Director, Associate General Counsel, supporting the Technology function. She was later promoted to Vice President, General Counsel for Global IT and IP for QVC and HSN®. In 2019, she took on the role of Vice President, General Counsel for QVC and HSN Commerce, where she became a valued partner and led efforts around the brands’ retail pricing practices. Prior to joining QVC, Eve spent 11 years in private practice, providing legal services related to e-commerce/IT transactions, M&A, financial services, and securities/private equity.
Eve has a JD from Temple University Beasley School of Law and a bachelor’s degree from Columbia University’s Barnard College.
