Greg Maffei served as the President and CEO of Liberty Media Corporation and the Liberty family of companies from 2005 to 2025. During Maffei’s nineteen years at Liberty, he oversaw acquisitions and investments in preeminent businesses including the Atlanta Braves, DirecTV, SiriusXM, Live Nation Entertainment, Charter Communications and Formula 1. Over this timeframe, Liberty Media’s composite value increased at a compounded annual growth rate of 17% compared to 11% for the S&P 500, representing an 18x absolute return1.

Maffei continues to serve as President and CEO of Liberty TripAdvisor, which holds a controlling interest in Tripadvisor and as Executive Chairman of QVC Group, Inc., which owns digital commerce businesses, including subsidiaries QVC, HSN and the Cornerstone Brands. Maffei also serves as Chairman of Live Nation Entertainment, SiriusXM and Tripadvisor, and as a Director of Charter Communications and Zillow.

Prior to joining Liberty in 2005, Maffei served as Co-President of Oracle, Chairman and CEO of 360networks, and CFO of Microsoft. He has also served as a Director of Barnes & Noble, Citrix, DIRECTV, Dorling Kindersley, Electronic Arts and Starbucks and was Chairman of Expedia and Starz.

Maffei is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. He has an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar, and an AB from Dartmouth College where he formerly served as vice chair of the Board of Trustees.

David Rawlinson II became President and CEO of QVC Group, Inc., on October 1, 2021. In this position, David leads a select group of six leading retail brands – QVC®, HSN®, Ballard Designs®, Frontgate®, Garnet Hill® and Grandin Road®.

QVC GroupSM is a live social shopping company that redefines the shopping experience through video-driven commerce on every screen, from smartphones and tablets to laptops and TVs. David served as President and CEO-Elect of QVC Group, Inc., from August 1 to September 30, 2021. He joined QVC Group from NielsenIQ, where he served as CEO and led the company through a transition to new ownership. Prior to that, he was President of Grainger Global Online, where he led the fastest growth, stand-alone division of W.W. Grainger, Inc. (NYSE: GWW). Under David’s direction, Grainger Global Online grew double digits every year and won multiple national awards for workplace culture. Previously, David held executive roles with ITT Exelis, formerly ITT Corp. David also served as a White House Fellow and held various appointed positions under President George W. Bush and President Barack Obama. In the Obama Administration, David was a Senior Advisor for Economic Policy with the White House National Economic Council.

David serves on the boards of directors for QVC Group, Inc., Discover Financial Services (NYSE: DFS), NielsenIQ and the National Retail Federation. He previously served on the board of MonotaRO Co. Ltd., a top Japanese e-commerce and industrial retail firm, and Nielsen Holdings (NYSE: NLSN).

David has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a JD from the University of South Carolina School of Law and is a graduate of The Citadel.

Bill Wafford

Chief Financial Officer

Bill Wafford was named Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Financial Officer, QVC GroupSM in April 2024. In this role, Bill oversees the company’s Transformation office and global financial activities, which include Tax, Controllership, Internal Audit, Financial Communications, Financial Planning and Treasury for all markets and brand units.

Bill joined QVC Group in March 2023 as CFO. Bill has more than 25 years of experience in corporate finance, management consulting and executive leadership across retail, consumer goods and digital commerce businesses. He has deep expertise in large global transformation efforts, leveraging an insights-driven and disciplined financial approach.

Prior to QVC Group, Bill served as Chief Financial Officer at Everlane, a digitally-native apparel brand. Prior to Everlane, he served as Chief Financial Officer for retail companies such as JCPenney and The Vitamin Shoppe. He also previously served as Partner in the advisory practice group at KPMG, after holding various executive roles with Walgreens Boots Alliance and Target.

Bill is a Board member and Audit Committee Chairman of Jushi Holdings Inc. He earned his bachelor’s degree from University of California, Riverside and his MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.

Renee L. Wilm

Chief Legal Officer & Chief Administrative Officer

Renee L. Wilm serves as Chief Legal Officer and Chief Administrative Officer of Liberty Media Corporation, QVC Group, Inc., Liberty TripAdvisor Holdings, Inc. and Liberty Broadband Corporation. Ms. Wilm is responsible for managing legal matters, providing strategic support across departments and supervising the day-to-day operations of our parent companies.

Previously, Ms. Wilm was a Senior Partner with the law firm Baker Botts L.L.P., where she represented Liberty and its predecessors for over twenty years, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, complex capital structures and shareholder arrangements, as well as securities offerings and matters of corporate governance and securities law compliance. At Baker Botts, Ms. Wilm was a member of the Executive Committee, the East Coast Corporate Department Chair and Partner-in-Charge of the New York office.

Ms. Wilm holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with High Honors in Finance from Hofstra University and a Juris Doctorate degree from St. John’s University School of Law, where she graduated summa cum laude and served as the Executive Articles Editor of the St. John’s Law Review. Ms. Wilm serves on the Board of Advisors for the Fashion, Arts, Media & Entertainment Law Center at Cardozo Law School.

General Counsel

Eve DelSoldo was named General Counsel, QVC GroupSM in August 2023. In this role, Eve oversees QVC Group’s Legal shared services department, including the advertising compliance, transactional, regulatory compliance, intellectual property, litigation, labor & employment, international legal, government affairs, and privacy, ethics & compliance teams.

Eve has been with QVC Group for more than 13 years and has held a number of leadership roles within the Legal team. Most recently, as Deputy General Counsel, Eve successfully oversaw the company’s Legal department on an interim basis. Eve joined QVC® in 2010 as Director, Associate General Counsel, supporting the Technology function. She was later promoted to Vice President, General Counsel for Global IT and IP for QVC and HSN®. In 2019, she took on the role of Vice President, General Counsel for QVC and HSN Commerce, where she became a valued partner and led efforts around the brands’ retail pricing practices. Prior to joining QVC, Eve spent 11 years in private practice, providing legal services related to e-commerce/IT transactions, M&A, financial services, and securities/private equity.

Eve has a JD from Temple University Beasley School of Law and a bachelor’s degree from Columbia University’s Barnard College.

Ben Oren

Executive Vice President & Treasurer

Ben Oren serves as Executive Vice President and Treasurer of Liberty Media Corporation, QVG Group, Inc., Liberty TripAdvisor Holdings, Inc. and Liberty Broadband Corporation. Mr. Oren spent the previous twenty years in various investment banking roles. Most recently, Mr. Oren was a Managing Director with Credit Suisse, where he advised companies across multiple sectors including Technology, Media and Telecom on a broad set of capital markets transactions. At Credit Suisse, Mr. Oren was a member of the Investment Banking Committee, Corporate Insights Advisory Counsel, Capital Markets Innovation Counsel, and Americas Head of Liability Management. Prior to Credit Suisse, Mr. Oren was an Executive Director at UBS Securities, LLC. Mr. Oren holds a BS in Economics from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
