Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.
Effective September 30, 2009, Mark Ethier has resigned as Chief Operations Officer of HSN, Inc. ("HSNi"). Simultaneously, Mr. Ethier has agreed to serve as Chief Executive Officer of Cornerstone Brands, Inc., an HSNi subsidiary which operates the company's catalog business.
A copy of HSNi's press release announcing Mr Ethier's appointment to Cornerstone Brands is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
